Services Provided: Cre8ive 4mula offers subscription-based web development, graphic design, and consultation services.

Subscription Terms

  • Plans available monthly, biannually, and yearly.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.
  • Cancel anytime; no refunds for unused subscription periods.
  • Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of your paid term, after which it is deleted.

Payment Processing

  • Payments securely processed by Stripe.
  • Subscription charges occur monthly, biannually, or yearly based on your selected plan.

User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities | You agree to use Cre8ive 4mula responsibly. Prohibited activities include:

  • Unauthorized sharing of your account credentials.
  • Attempting to disrupt or damage our services through hacking, malware, or similar activities.
  • Posting or submitting unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
  • Using services to infringe intellectual property rights of third parties.

Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership and full intellectual property rights of all designs and services provided by Cre8ive 4mula.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

  • Cre8ive 4mula shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of our services.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cre8ive 4mula, its employees, and affiliates from claims arising out of your use or misuse of our services.

Termination of Services | We reserve the right to terminate your subscription for:

  • Non-payment.
  • Violation of these terms.
  • Any behavior or actions that lead to an unfavorable experience for other users or our business operations.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.
  • Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Silver Spring, Maryland, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
